This kind of Newel Post Top are used to put in the extremity of the handrail or banister of the houses, just as it can be seen in the pictures. Also, these items are used just as a decorative piece of art. This top Post Top is made in blue The color is inside yhe item but, the crustal color was not lapidated because at the top of the ball, the glass has a litle imperfection because of the old ways of making the glass, so, this is an unique item. The base is made of real bronze. The Piece is in perfect condition and measures. "Please see the top of the ball at the pictures.
