For sale is a beautiful 9 1/2" Flow Blue plate which was made between 1900 and 1920 by the Royal Doulton Company of England . The pattern name is "Provence". The front edge of the plate has beautiful scrolling of ribbons with bouquets of flowers edged in between every couple of inches. In the well of the plate is a picture of a Great Egret Heron standing on the shore line. The color is a deep cobalt blue with gold around the edge. The gold is 90% intact. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, crazing or repairs. T is one very light scratch on the front from over a hundred years of use. Other than that it is perfect! On the back of the plate are the Royal Doulton back stamp and another marking that says "P.G." Stamped in the plate is a circle with "Royal Doulton" and England .
