Fluorite & Dolomite - Location: Yao Guang Xi¸ Hunan Province¸ China. Small Cabinet. we have an interesting "combination" specimen from China. We have a matrix with numerous small off-white colored dolomite crystals along with some modified gemmy purple colored fluorite crystals. The fluorite forms cubic crystals that are modified by the dodecahedral form and the crystals are well formed and sharp and have a nice purple color. The fluorite crystals are mostly gemmy and have a near glassy luster. T are also some numerous small but well formed and sharp off-white colored dolomite crystals which make up most of the matrix.
