I am a Japanese lampwork artist, Ayako Hattori living in Nagoya City , Japan . This is Japanese style lampwork marble. Approximate diameter of the marble is 3.3 cm. It is made of Japanese Satake glass. It has soft color and low melting point. Do you know "Tonbodama," Japanese style glass bead? Marble comes from Western world to Japan . I decorate the marble with Tonbodama technique. It is wonderful to mix cultures and make artwork. Please look at the delicate color and design. Many white birds are flying in the blue sky. Such beauty is only in Japanese style lampwork! I am proud to sell the marble to outside Japan . And I think it is a wonderful item for holiday season. As with all handcrafted items, no two are alike. Would you please e-mail me within three days after you win the auction. I ship it from Japan , so it takes cost and time a bit.
