Up for auction is a Focusrite ISA428 4 channel preamp. It is the highly superior MK-I with the peak meters, as opposed to the cheap LED meters that come on the new MK-II. The other major feature on the MK-I that isn't on the MK-II is its insert send and return points. This is huge because it still allows you to use outboard gear with it. Another good thing about this preamp is it is the second generation of the MKI. Because these preamps run relatively hot by nature, Focusrite changed to a hardwired power supply as opposed to the plastic wire harness that usually burns out on the first generations. The optional AD converter card was included with this when I bought it, but I am now using that in my other ISA 428. I do not have the blank plate in place of the AD card, but most people who are not using the card take the plate off anyway to help ventilate the unit. I will include the piece of screen that I made to keep dust out. I used electrical tape to keep it in place and it worked great.I have a spare AD card in perfect working condition that I am selling as well, so please message me if you are interested in that and we can negotiate a fair price if you want to buy both.***IMPORTANT***The third channel on this preamp is a bit flaky. 1,2, and 4 are crystal clear and work like new, but the third channel has a tendency to intermittently
