The following six lots of Grueby pottery are from the estate of the original owner, Baron Authur Francois Picolet d`Hermillon, who purchased them to help furnish an apartment he once held in New York City. They have descended through his family and now come to the market for the first time: Rare GRUEBY two-color ovoid vase with tooled and applied broad leaves alternating with yellow trefoils, covered in a matte green glaze. One-inch hairline from rim. Circular pottery mark. 6 1/2` x 3 1/4`
