Hello and welcome to Simply Tattered Primitives.Just a note for people who do not know my work. I do not list any auctions in the month of OCTOBER, as I am away for the entire month. SO you need to order or bid now if you want one of my Fall~Halloween creations. THIS IS THE LAST TWO WEEKTHIS IS THE ONLY DR FRANKENSTEINOh my....this came out AWESOME......A primitive DR FRANKENSTEIN AND HIS LAB RAT!! This is huge!....Thank you Hill Kountry.This creation was so much fun to make.This is really big, a wonderful door greeter ..or I could see this on a front porch or in a chair.....OK I will start from the beginning ...THIS SMELLS WONDERFUL......AUTUMN SPICES....This door greeter is made of grubby tea stained muslin, which has been totally hand painted. He has hand stitched eyes,fingers ,hair and a separate stitched on nose. He has been painted a swamp green.....He has all of his facial stitches and black hair. He is just about 3 feet tall and his broad shoulders measure 15"........yes 3 feet, this guy took over 4 yds of fabric and 3 bags of fiberfil....!He is wearing a pair of grubby pants and a black coat. He has brown shoes and a grundy~dirty bandaid on his chest (I just love it).He is holding his 14" lab Rat. The rat has been grubbed and painted gray and has whiskers.
