Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Forgotten RealmsCampaign Set TSR 1031 Actual items - Box's, both front and back - 4 Maps & Cyclopedia of the Realms, DM's Sourcebook of the Realms + 2 Clear Hex Paper Overlay Front Cover of Actual Item Front Cover of Actual Item Weight 1 lbs 12 oz, 780 grams Condition of Box Set:The boxes that the set came in I would rate in Very Good condition - VG.The boxes are shown in the scans and overall, they have some scuffing on the bottom corners, the top has been depressed and from the four corners on the top of the box t is some creasing because of the depression. The four corners in tack with tears and some scotch tape. DM's Sourcebook of the Realms I would rate in Fine condition - F.This manual has no markings, all pages are attached and as shown in the scans has great color. T is a four pages that have been cut / folded along the edge. You can see it from the edge of the manual, otherwise the page looks normal when your looking at it.Cyclopedia of the Realms manual I would rate in Very Fine condition - VF.This manual has no markings, all pages are attached and as shown in the scans has great color.Maps I would rate in Fine condition - F.It looks like the maps have been used. Three of them have some small pin sized hole w the seams of the fold come together. The maps are unmarked and overall in good shape. T are four as shown in the scan. Rating / Grading System - I am going to try rating item(s) though it seems that everyone views rating system differently. Please be sure to look at the detailed scans and/or photos. Please read the description to be satisfied with your purchased before bidding. I am hoping the rating system will help with your decision. I will also continue to use these codes in the description to quickly allow you to get a feel for what your going to see with a module/manual before looking at the detail. Shrinkwrapped (SW): Shrinkwrapping is not a grade, but an enhancement to an item's condition. When denoting shrinkwrap, the actual condition of the item should also be stated (i.e., "VG/SW"). Only valid if the item is sealed in the original shrinkwrap, from the publishing company (post-publication shrinkwrapping by dealers or individuals, for the purpose of raising the price of an item, is NOT an acceptable -- or ethical -- practice). If you know a copy has been re-shrinkwrapped, say so. Assuming a "shrinkwrapped" item is Mint could be erroneous… corners may have become dinged, creases may be present in the spine (from bending), etc. These deviations from Mint status should be stated as such. Minor tears in the shrinkwrap are not necessarily degrading to the item’s value; after all, the shrinkwrap’s purpose for collectibility is not necessarily protection (shrinkwrap is flimsy and tears easily), but rather an assurance that the item has never been opened Mint (M): A Mint item is perfect – the corners are sharp, edges keen and the spine/binding tight. It looks not only straight off the press, but is completely free of flaws. Mint items are extremely rare, especially anything from the 1980’s or earlier. This grade should be used exceedingly carefully – odds are that even an item you might think is in Mint condition actually will have some minor flaws on closer inspection. The Acaeum does not offer Estimated Values on the Mint condition. Near Mint (NM): T may be a few light stress lines on the spine, but otherwise the spine is strong and intact. Corners are sharp, but can have a little bit of "bumping" or other very minor wear. In general, no creases should be present, though a slight "bend" that does not create a noticeable stress crease may be allowed. The edges may have a few very tiny "bumps" or "nicks". A few light stress lines are acceptable on the surface, but they should NOT break the color.
