This auction is for a vintage, 1960's Fortuny show room wing sample. A full width 57" wide by 36" long. Made in Italy. The piece is the pattern Piumette. Color way is Ivory with Gold & Silver metallic overlay or stencil. 15th century Persian Design, early period, small feather motif. This piece has the border on both selvages. Edges have been overcase or serged to keep sample from fraying. Fabric is 100% Egyptian long staple cotton. Fortuny signature on selvage. Clean ready to use from smoke free enviroment. Piece was folded for some time and pressed out nicely but does have some surface soil along the former fold lines.
