Here is a sweet specimen of a killer Eucalyptocrinites crassus root system, a partial Decaschisma pulchellum blastoid associated with numerous brachiopods and bryozoan from the Waldron Shale Formation of Shelby County, Indiana. This fossil is from the Silurian period. This killer specimen was professionally and meticulously prepared using an air abrasive unit under a high-powered stereoscopic microscope to allow the fine structure of the fossil to be retained and exposed. The root system measuress about 2 1/2" wide and is very detailed. The specimen is extremely 3-D and shows even the finest of detail. The partial blastoid measures 3/8" long and the largest brachiopod measures 3/4" long. Here is your opportunity to bid on a sweet combo specimen with high definition and detail.
