Foster Campos Gold Front Presentation Banjo Clock. Foster creates some the finest reproductions of classic American timepieces that are made today. This is an authentic reproduction of the ca. 1810 Aaron Willard Presentation Banjo Clock. The case is solid mahogany. The bezel and sidearms are highly polished solid brass. The finial, front and carved bracket are finished in 23K gold leaf. The reverse painted glasses are hand painted and signed by Tom Moberg. The dial is also hand painted. This is one of the finest gold front banjo clocks that I have seen. The highly burnished gold leaf gilding is simply spectacular. The case 40" tall and has a 7 1/2" dial. The clock is in fine running condition and ready to hang and enjoy.
