Extremely rare Fostoria American 2" square pomade box (or dresser box) with matching lid. 2" x 2" x 2" as shown in Fostoria American a Complete Guide by Sydney P. Seligson. This is piece no. 301 with a rarity rank of 1. Very good condition with no chips, cracks, or restoration. T is a slight roughness to the inside edge of the box which is a manufacturing flaw and often found on these boxes. T is also a small straw mark which is enclosed in the glass and often found on these items. I found this pomade box in England which is w most of these were manufactured. These boxes date to the mid 1920's and 30's. Please email with any questions.
