We are offering for sale these beautiful Fostoria American Two Light Candelabra pair that was made from 1936 to 1942. The candesticks are in the Duo Bell Shape Pattern and have Bobeches with prisms that are removeable, so that the candlesticks can be dressed up or down depending on the usage. The candlesticks have a 9 1/4" spread and stand 6 1/2" tall. The Bobeches are appr. 3 1/2" across and holds 6 prisms on each. They are in excellent conditions with no chips, scratches or damage of any kind. The prisms are the old vintage and are in fabulous condition. None are replaced. Thanks for looking 5-19-08 I have had a collector accuse me of listing these candelabra as not being original, so I am going to write exactly what I told this person.. I purchased these beautiful candelabra from an elderly couple who got married in the late 30's. I purchased their glassware collection of American when they needed to down size and move to smaller living quarters. They purchased these candelabras exactly with these bobeches from a retail shop, not antique when they were buying glassware for their chosen wedding pattern over the early years. I questioned them myself because I am a glass dealer and I felt like a fool afterwards, but this is how they bought them and this is how I am selling them. The bobeches fit perfectly and smoothly inside the candleholder cup of each candleholder. Please for those people who think they know everything, do not buy them or look at, I do not need people to accuse me of not being honest . If you check my feed back, you will see that I am. My business and honesty is very important to me, not just but in my personal store in Aurora, Oregon. I have been a glass dealer for almost 20 years and have done glass shows since the early 90's. I am not going to answer any more emails about these candelabras authenticity.
