This auction is for all four decorative cookie molds shown Together these four pieces by 'Hartstone' are a set each having the deep imprint of an early victorian building facade ca.1880. T is....'The Bookstore', ....'The Bank'...'The Sweetshoppe' .....and 'The Engine House'. These molds range in length from almost 8" to just over 5 1/2", the widest is 3 1/2" wide. The detail is both elegant and accurate. The design is very three dimensional as well. Of the four, two had a 'run in' some years ago with my cat and were each broken across their width. The Book Store mold has a nearly invisible glue repair. The Bank has much the same repair but also sports a small 'chink' out of one upper edge (shown in photos). The cat was unhurt (and very unapologetic!). These all have a hanging hole cast into them and are very decorative for 'hanging around' the kitchen. These molds produce a very nostalgic image on a large size cookie. Priced to go to a new home after nearly 30 years. Please see photos for additional details and e-mail any questions you might have.
