FOUR FOSTORIA CRYSTAL 10 0Z. WATER GOBLET - NAVARRE BLUE I am selling FOUR 10 oz. Crystal Water Goblet in the NAVARRE-BLUE pattern made by Fostoria. Each glass measures 7 5/8" inches. The diameter of the upper rim is 3 ½âe. The elegant glass pattern features an optic ribbed bowl with an acid-etched floral and scroll design. T is a chip on the bottom of one goblet (see photo that I have included). T are no cracks or water deposits. On the bottom of one glass is a very, very tiny imperfection: a very small dot smaller than a pin head. My husband didnâe(tm)t even notice it. You can only feel the small hole with your fingernail, and it is on the bottom of the glass. The Fostoria Glass Company began operations in Fostoria, Ohio, on December 15, 1887. Fostoria moved to Moundsville, West Virginia. In 1983, Lancaster Colony bought Fostoria but closed the Fostoria Company in 1986. Fostoria produced many high-quality pieces of glassware, which are now being collected by people. The stem is elegantly styled and sculpted. This would be a delightful set to add to any collection. I have described this entire set to the best of my ability. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at . I live in a smoke-free home. Additional comment about condition of the glasses added on July 9th: I have attached a photo of my 4 water goblets. Based on a question I received, I was checking out the glasses very closely. I noticed as I washed the glasses that t is a small chip on the rim of one of the 4 glasses. I have a attached a photo of this (see photo #5). This is a different glass from the one that has a chip in the base (see photo #3). The other two glasses are "like new." T are no cracks in the bowls of the glasses when I hold them up to the light. I apologize for not noticing this small chip prior to my initial listing. I paid $33 per glass in 1981, so I still think my starting bid of $35 is a fair price. I think the two imperfections could be sanded out by a professional.
