Up for offer with no reserve are 4 beautiful small mint/candy trays made for Hotel George V in Paris by Pillivuyt . These plates are porcelain with gold writing on the small plates. The plates read: Hotel George V; Paris. The crown emblem is also gold. The plates are all stamped in green on the back: Pillivuyt; France; Porcelaine; Depuis 1818; 491N. The name and phone number of the hotel is also stamped in grey on the back. There is also a stamp (both stamped & incised) that reads "N". The plates all measure 3 3/4" square, and 3/4" in height with slightly scalloped edges. 2 of the plates are perfect, and 2 plates each have 1 very small ship on the left side of the rim (about 1/4" in length). The 2 chips are hard to see, as they are on the rim and do not take away from the beauty of these pieces.
