four hollow-cut silhouettes all with pencil annotation by Edward Williams Clay. One having an inscription below the portrait, J.G. 1822; additionally, above the portrait James O. Graham. Another having an inscription below the portrait Dr. Geo. Cuthbert 15 June 1825. Another having an inscription below the portrait, G.C. 1822; additionally, above the portrait Geo. Cuthbert Beaufort. PLUS another of a young woman with pencil inscription Louisa 2 October 1825. Verso on all bears an ink inscription Property of Miss Mary Clay Bolton, Mechanics and Metals Bank 204 Fifth Avenue, New York City. All have been tipped to a later backing board and placed in a black painted frame (probably in the 1920`s); 3.75` x 4.88` (image); 5.75` x 7.25` (w/frame).
