This auction is for FOUR Johnson Brothers Ironstone Heritage 10" Dinner Plates. We actually have almost 40 of these plates and will be selling them in various lots. This plate is in gently used condition, with no chips, cracks or crazing. T are also few to no utensil marks, which might suggest the plate was never used. This is a wonderful traditional pattern perfect for everyday use. I know this pattern because it (although not these particular plates) was my Aunt's everyday ware, and I will always remember with great fondness the great meals and good hospitality tby associated.These plates came to us through an estate sale. International bidders should contact us prior to bidding to get a shipping estimate. We give great shipping discounts, so please check out our other listings.Bid starting prices do not reflect the value of any of our items.....we set them low to get the bidding started and to get items out of our home! As typical, the purchaser pays shipping and insurance. We highly recommend insurance, even though I can assure you that your item will be very carefully packaged. Please understand that we will not be responsible for items that are lost or broken in transit. We pride ourselves in quality items, careful packaging and quick handling. We will invoice you within two days of the end of an auction. Payment is expected within ten days of auction end unless you have made mutually agreeable arrangements. This is very important in order to keep things moving forward and get your new treasure to you asap! We frequently ship same day, but would ask for your patience with odd-sized or fragile items as they sometimes require special packaging. We have a house full of treasures that we just cannot wait to share with the ebay community. As this is our hobby/second job, we will be listing items as time permits....so visit often! Questions are VERY encouraged as refunds will only be provided in the event that we have misrepresented an item. Please keep in mind that this is a second job for us and that we are not an expert in item identification or appraisal. We do more than ample research to market our items in the most clear and direct way. Thus far, buying and selling on ebay has been a real neat experience. We will stop if and when it becomes a hassle or a negative experience. Tfore, please pay in a timely manner and understand that you accept liability for package damage if you choose not to insure. We have NEVER posted negative feedback and hope that we NEVER have to....but we will if necessary. Having said all of that, welcome to our little page!
