4 ROLLS OF ORIGINAL UNCIRCULATED ROOSEVELT 90% SILVER DIMES-$20.00 FACE VALUE ALL ROLLS ARE IN PLASTIC TUBES ($.99 RESERVE-A REAL AUCTION) The rolls in this auction are : 2 ROLLS OF 1947-S (GREY SHEET BID: $155.00 ea.)** 1 ROLL OF 1948-S (GREY SHEET BID: $170.00) 1 ROLL OF 1950-P (GREY SHEET BID: $275.00) **Grey Sheet Bid price from the Feb 25th issue- -these prices are for what are called “Typical Rolls.” This material is exceptional and not “Typical”!! Prices were based on Silver at $32.86/oz .-It is now in the + $36.00/oz. area!!!! HOW HIGH WILL IT GO??? The FOUR (4) rolls of 90% Silver dimes in this auction were obtained directly from the bank 60+ years ago. They were stored in the original wrappers for about 15-20 years and I had to transfer some of them into coin tubes because the wrappers were disintegrating and couldn’t hold the rolls of 50 coins together. (Some of the rolls still did make it all this time in the bank wrappers). There has been some end and edge toning when I put them in plastic tubes and I never cherry-picked or inspected the rolls until now. All the coins have that original luster that flashes brightly when the rolls are opened and the coins are spread out. Whatever these rolls go for, I do NOT think that there are really very many left with the pedigree that I have described. Chances to obtain quantities of original coins like these do not come by too often. DON’T MISS OUT!!! You may be asking yourself-why am I selling these rolls?? Well, I was 13+ years old when I started getting them from the banks (The 40’s and early 50’s were bank obtained by a family member), and from then to now, I have accumulated so much “stuff” that I have an ongoing project to move material. At 70 years old, I’m running out of time and my family would be totally lost trying to carry on!!! Silver and Gold are going to hit levels that were thought to be unimaginable 30 years ago because of the current economy. With the huge U.S.A. debt and the current real lack of job growth and no real potential major breakthroughs to replace the millions of high paying jobs that have been lost over the last 3 years, investing in solid assets is a must. Do you trust the Stock Market or the Banks? Rolls of silver dimes, quarters, halves, and dollars are a good way to invest in this “exploding” commodity. The price of silver is now at the +$36.00 per ounce level and will certainly not stop there!! These are the last of 240 of these rolls I have sold recently ( Check my feedback for confirmation of the quality and originality). Don’t miss out on this ride.
