I purchased, in 1997, these FOUR UNBUILT HO RED CABOOSE SOUTHERN PACIFIC AAR 40' BOX CARS: #1 has SP Initials only and "Square" Corner Post; #2 has "W" Corner Post and Youngstown Doors; #3 and #4 are both Black "OVERNIGHT" Box Cars with different road numbers . They have never left their original boxes. Each box is in excellent shape, as is the model itself. This is one of a bunch (my wife says millions) of kits from my personal collection that will be on ebay. All are in their original boxes and have never been built or even partially built. They are all in great shape and have been well-protected from fingers, eyes, etc. for year after year. My interests since I was a high schoolerin the early 1950's used to be HO model railroading, but that-- both my youthful age and HO interest-- ended quite a few years ago. I recently became interested in Backyard Garden Railroading and have thus been left with all sorts of HO models, kits, etc. of buildings, rolling stock, locomotives, etc. dating from the 1950's. These models were bought by me in the 1950's-2000's period and have been stored in their original boxes, in Storage Boxes, in cupboards (lots of cupboards). I never got around to building a layout and back in 2012 all of the assembled kits (lots and lots) that I did build were sold on eBay. So, now it's time to go back on eBay read more
