You are bidding on an excellent example of the Foxboro Flow and Valve Slide Rule (English Units) with case, manual and original box, all in perfect condition. the slide rule is still in the original plastic sleeve and I do not think it has ever been used. The slide rule can be used for determing flow and valve parameters, controlling valve trim size, calculating Reynold's numbers, doing volumetirc conversions and weight to volume conversions. the 54 page manula (dated 1967) is in great shape as well. This is a very nice example of a specialty slide rule that belongs in every collection. Good luck bidding. |
