Here we have a 1986 Quail Research Stamp & Signed Print! This is part of the Duck Stamp Art series. It is titled Early Spring Covey, the artist is David A. Maass. The print is signed in pencil by the artist, the print is # 24 of 3900. The stamp has International Quail Foundation on it and has a $5 sign on it. It is triple matte, Tan/Mahogany, Brown in a medium Oak frame. It is professionally framed, there is a duck stamp sticker and phone number on the back. The picture is under glass and sealed with duck stamp paper. It has the original paper envelope that the print & sticker came in in a pocket on the back. This is the nicest framing/finish I have ever seen. The finished piece is 19-1/4 inches tall by 17-1/4 wide. It weighs 5 lbs, 2.4 ounces. It is in excellent condition, no scratches to the glass. (you can see light reflections on the glass in the picture, it is very hard to photograph glass) The frame is also in excellent condition, no scratches or dings. I don't know how to "grade" the print & stamp but they too look to be in excellent condition. I don't see any faded spots or damage or discoloration. I am starting mine out at a reasonable
