Here's an awesome framed Dutch Silver Ducaton coin recovered from the trade ship "Hollandia". Dates to the 1700's. Coin has been mounted on matboard, along with the Certificate of Authenticity and a brass name plate. On the back of the frame, there is a cardboard dust cover and the Appraisal of Numismatic from Gulfstream Rarities, Inc. The frame measures 17 1/2" x 21 1/2". These measurements are taken from the back. The frame is made of cherry, with a gold lip. Plexiglass has been used instead of glass so there is less weight and danger of breaking. No hanger; you would need to add a couple of screw eyes and wire. Overall great condition. The frame has some gouges and surface wear from being moved around and handled alot. This could probably be fixed or touched up, or the whole thing reframed. Because this is a large item, you will have your choice of either Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (I do not use UPS as indicated.) Fabulous display/collector item !!
