Up for auction is beautiful Alphabet Sampler Print by Mary Beth Baxter.This sampler is under glass and the entire piece measures 21" across by 20" down. The skillful framing itself was done by Mary Beth Baxter and is a rich mahogany. She quarter-pieces her frames and they are just beautiful, you can see the craftsmanship she offers. T is a photo, up close with the flash on that shows a blemish in the frame. Please note that it does not look anyw that severe in person as the camera zoomed in t good with a high flash to show it all. The print shows all the upper and lower case letters of the alphabet. It also reads, "Wrought by Martha Southwick. Dublin. Aged 13. 1836." This print is extremely realistic looking, I've had many comments over the years regarding it and some disbelieve that it is a print. Framed, this piece is entirely is of a sturdy, heavy weight.
