Lovley period framed photograph of officers of the 19th London (SS.G.Co) Home Guard, taken at Batn HQ and entitled " No1 Platoon, winners of the battallion commanders cup Dec 1943 & June 1944" , Formaly the property of Lt Col J.A.Gould MC of the 19th Lon, who is pictured here front row second from the right. This battallion was raised from the Sydenham gas works, the site now occupied by houses and a Sainsburys super store. The company HQ was in the nearby Liversley Hall and the shield from the old HQ still hangs in the function room to this day. Sizr aprox 8X10.Also included is a paperback book listing members of the "Society for Army Historical Research" . It is ink signed by Gould to the front cover and inside his address is listed as 100 Woodland Way, West Wickham.
