Print by Malcolm Parcell, hand signed, Malcolm Parcell, 1979, numbered 158/200. Malcolm Parcell (1896-1987), the son of a minister, grew up in Washington, Pennsylvania, where his father was pastor of the Broad Street Baptist Church. He returned home after his graduation from Carnegie Tech in 1918 and became a well known artist in western PA. Framed print measures 23.5 x 32.
