This is a wonderful old 1920s framed W H Chandler Print called The Little Red Schoolhouse, produced by the Knapp Co Inc in New York. William Henry Chandler was AmericaÃ,Â's foremost pastel artist from 1854 through 1928. There are not many of his prints still in existence; he himself did not name his work but the people who did his prints gave them names. This lovely scenic print is named The Little Red School House and is complete with the original antique wood frame and paper backing, measuring 8 Ã,½ by 11 Ã,¾ and is in excellent condition!
