Here is a very interesting and hard to find set of “France: Historical and Romantic” by Joel Cook, illustrated, published in 1904. These books are finely bound with gold lettering and decoration, and the top edge of the pages gilded. They are in good-very good condition. The covers and spines show minor wear. Both bindings and all hinges are tight with all pages firmly intact. Inside pages are clean. There is a small signature inside the front cover of Volume I. Check out some of the interesting contents and illustrations in these books! They measure approximately 5 ½” x 8” and contain 386 and 399 pages. A great set for any collection!
