Publisher varies Notes Book is made up of six cabinet cards. The First four are photomontages of French Ministers by the photographer Eugene Appert, Paris. They are (1. The ministers who declared war on Prussia in 1872 Shown below. (2. The National Defence Government of 1870 3) Ministry Presided over by Mr Le MacMahon at Versailles, 1872. 4) Ministry Presided over by Mr Le MacMahon at Versailles, 1875. The Fifth card is another Photomontage, showing the heads only, of the ministers of 13th December 1877. Shown Below.The Sixth Card is of a painting of the Universal Exposition of 1878.The whole book is dedicated to the Honorable Evelyn M Ashley, MP.The dedicator gives only his initials A.N. ******
