This listing features: a fine (and excellent condition) 19thC oil on board painting by Christian Sell, a german artist active during the second half of the 19thC. He is very well listed and known for painting military battle scenes, with his focus on 19thC german wars. This is the SECOND of two Ch. Sell paintings we just acquired last week; the other just listed ten minutes ago. NO overpaint, crazing or paint loss-this is in fantastic original condition. I will add exact size before auction's end. This artist's listings for this type and subject seem to average around the 10K range, but my paintings will be offered with NO RESERVE. The USA shipping cost includes pro packing- using high quality brand new unused shipping boxes with bubble wrap and foam peanuts.
