As we know, Frank Sinatra was a regular guest at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York. My relative was the director of security there during the 1970's and he was also a HUGE Sinatra fan. Over time he befriended Sinatra's security people and Mr Sinatra himself and he was gifted these boots by Sinatra. As you can see in the photo, the boots are made by DiFabrizio in Los Angeles. The full name and address is set out in each boot. A Google search shows that this shoemaker was the shoemaker to many stars and Sinatra is identified as one of his first customers. The boots show signs of wear and have been in storage for many years.
