Description: I recently purchased an array of Franklin Mint & Danbury precision model die-cast cars from a collector. All of the cars I purchased were the gentleman's duplicates, so most of them have never been displayed but some of them do have some minor flaws. I'm not a diehard die-cast collector, but I have done my best to accurately describe each model, and point out all of the cosmetic flaws I notice as well as what each model comes with. Please carefully inspect the numerous pictures I have provided to double check what I have pointed out, and feel free to contact me with any questions that you may have. I will ship each model insured and double-boxed. This particular model is a Franklin Mint 1956 Ford Thunderbird Convertible. This model is 1:24 scale. There are no issues with the paint, but one of the pegs that holds the front bumper on is broken. As you can see in picture number 2, the bumper can sit flat and in place without this being noticeable. However the bumper does sag down when its not in place (see pic 10). A small drop of glue would easily fix this in seconds, but it's not something that I feel confident doing. This model is dust-free and all of it's mechanical components function properly.
