Franklin Mint 1984 Limited Ediiton Black Backed Gull The Franklin Mint "Black Backed Gull" is a limited Edition piece from 1984, its in mint condition but does not come with the original box or COA, it has been stored since bought new in a china curio in a smoke free enviroment, piece is chip, crack and repair free.
