In 1986-1988, the Franklin Mint issued a series of cat figurines for the Curio Cabinet Cats Collection. Each cat was produced from a different material, in different countries, and reflected various art forms popular through the ages. This is 26 of the complete collection of 39. Paperwork with a description of all cats is included as well as Certificate of Authenticity. All of the cats are in excellent condition with the exception of CHALKWARE, which has a small chip on the nose and right ear. Cats included are: Animalier, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Asian, Black Basalt, Blanc De Chine, Bootscraper, Vienna Bronze, Chalk Ware, Cinnabar, Cobalt Blue, Colonial Pewter, Crystal Clear, Cut Crystal, Deleft, Egyptian Style, 18th-Century German Style, Faience, Han Dynasty, Herend, Imari, Kakiemon, Netsuke, Satsuma, Staffordshire and Valencia
