Franklin Mint: Ford Model T 100th Anniversary- L.E. Retail Price: $195.00 Size: 8.5" long, 1:16 scale This model celebrates the introduction of the car that put the entire nation on wheels. Although black is the color generally associated with the Model T, the earliest models were offered in several colors. The special edition, in red, commemorates the first, pre-assembly line years of the Tin Lizzy. This extraordinary showpiece is hand assembled from more than 100 individual parts and packed with true-to-life detail. The seats are upholstered in genuine leather, and the dashboard and firewall are handsomely adorned in luxurious wood veneer. As an added touch, the radiator frame, wheel hubs, lights, lamps and fire extinguisher are plated with the look of burnished brass. Limited Edition of 2,500 worldwide.
