Franklin Mint Heirloom Dolls PROMENADE Mother & Child Dolls ***** Up for bid is PROMENADE, a mother & child doll set. These are by Franklin Mint's Gibson Girl series, and a part of the Franklin Heirloom Dolls collection. Mother is dressed in a beautiful lavender and cream dress, with a train, victorian-style leg o' mutton sleeves and an ivory lace underskirt with lace trim. She has a matching draw string purse. This doll is 22 inches tall. Her blond hair is styled in a curled upsweep, decorated with flowers that match the dress. The daughter is wearing a pink satin dress with ivory lace trim at the neck, sleeves, and hem. Her dress also has leg o' mutton sleeves. She has a pink ribbon on her blond ringlets. Her face is turned up slightly, so that she can gaze at her mother. She is 13 inches tall. Black hair nets for both dolls protects their hair. They each have their own stands. ***** These dolls have NOT been displayed, or played with. They were removed from their box, and inspected, then placed gently back into the box and stored. These, along with most of the other dolls I have, are from my sister-in-laws collection. The paper covering these dolls is torn but not removed. The outside shipping box is not available but they do come in their original Franklin Heirloom Dolls box. These dolls both have their hang tags. I
