The Franklin Mint Michael Whelan Dragon Power Collectible Pocket Knife Dragon Power is an exquisite folding/pocket knife from the Franklin Mint & is inspired by acclaimed fantasy artist Michael Whelan. It has an intricately sculptured grip with another piece (a dragon) put in the center for a 3D effect. It’s richly coated in 24 kt. gold with silver. The center behind the dragon is purple & blue. There is a pinkish purple stone in the bottom & Michael Whelan’s mark at the top. The back is done in a plum/purple with the Franklin Mint medallion. The blade is stainless steel. It’s approx. 7-1/4” long with the blade open. It comes new in the original styrofoam & Franklin Mint outer sleeve, but has been in storage for many years. The glue on the sleeve has worn off so the sleeve is taped. The styrofoam & sleeve are not in the best condition because of being in storage.
