The pieces to the game I was told are all here. The property deeds the houses and hotels, chance and community chest cards and money appear to of had very little use. The outside of the board the wooden sides have some scraping and a small piece missing in the lower left corner, and upper left. Please view the pictures very carefully as they will be a large part of my description. The game appears to have been stored for a long period of time without proper covering however I feel that with a little matching wood stain from the hardware store the item will look, not to the "showroom quality" but it will still display nice and be an item you can be proud of. It is a great item for the beginning collector or for someone who wants to play Monopoly like they live on the "boardwalk"!! This item can give you a usable Franklin Mint quality Monopoly game at a fraction of the "mint" price. I do ship internationally however only to countries that participate in eBay's global shipping program buyers are responsible for all fees associated with overseas shipping and payment is required within four days of the sale.
