This is the Governors' Edition of Franklin Mint States of the Union - all 50 states. Minted in 24kt Gold on Sterling. Purchased at an estate sale - I have never handled the coinsindividually. They are covered with a formed clear plastic shield. The onlytarnish I can see is about 1/4 inch on the right edge of the California coin. Wood box in excellent condition with name plate on top - Marjorie S. Rosenthal. Do not know shipping cost (guesstimate only) but it will include packaging and insurance.
