This is a four volume set of Franklin Mint Patriots Hall of Fame Medals. Each volume contains 10 - 39mm diameter medals, each containing 500 grains of sterling silver. Each medal is mounted in a 5âe X 7âe plaque with facts about the individual on the rear of the plaque. T is total of 40 medals with an total sterling silver weight of 41+ troy ounces.The first two volumes contain patriots from the 1850 to 1901 era and include Booker T. Washington, Clara Barton, F. Douglas, F. Funston, Susan B. Anthony, C. Schurz, E. Ross, H. Greely, W. Reed, W. Sherman, W. Garrison, U.S.Grant, W. Steward, P. Sheridan, J. Chamberlain, D. Farragut, H.B. Stowe, A. Lincoln and R.E. Lee. A G. Dewey medal was also listed as a part of this volume, but a duplicate Booker T. Washington was included by mistake instead of the Dewey medal.The second two volumes contain patriots from the 1940 to 1976 era and include R. Nixon, L.B. Johnson, M.L. King, Jr., J.F. Kennedy, P. Buck, R. Frost, T. Dooley, O. Bradley, L. Armstrong, G. Ford, G. Marshall, E. Roosevelt, H. Keller, H. Truman, D. MacArthur, G. Patton, Jr., D. Eisenhower, E. Pyle, B. Hope and E. Hoover.
