This Large Lockback Folding Hunter was made by Franz Frenzel of Nixdorf, Bohemia. Circa 1920. Nickel-Silver Bolsters have the 12 and 16 gauge pullers. The main blade is 4 inches long and is released from the open position by pushing down on the screwdriver blade. It has one of the largest corkscrews I have seen on a knife. And t is the mystery blade. I have asked some well known knife experts what the intented purpose is for this blade and got some very educated guesses. The one I liked the best was that it was for tying fishing flies. The stag handles are free of any cracks or chips. The blades have good snap. The knife measures 4 3/4 inches in the closed position. If you have any questions or would like to suggest what the mystery blade is for, don't hesitate to ask or suggest. Check my other auctions this week.
