Please read the entire description before bidding. I willnot be responsible for mis-interpretation or ignorance of the terms of thisauction. If you have a question, email me. Now, go ahead and read the entire description.Often called an “error”, this is a freak coil of misperforated Flag over Supreme Court 20-cent stamps, Scott Catalog #1894. The coil is out of its wrapper and loosely wound, but it is complete – 100 stamps (or intended stamps). The picture shows the end of the coil and the freak perforations, which do not get any better or any worse as the coil progresses. As near as I can tell, gum is intact all the way through. None of the stamps are defective in any way that I can determine, but you can expect either of the stamps on the ends of the coil to not be as clean as the ones bordered on both edges, but note that I do not see anything wrong with any of the stamps. Catalog value for a plain coil like this is $95 or so. Face value is $20. Starting bid for this one is below face value with free shipping. I will not ship this item internationally. There are no returns offered.
