French 18th Century Chest/ Commode

Handsome and massive XVIIIth century chest made of walnut. This commode features a serpentine top above 3 large carved bombe drawers, each ornate with their original brass handles and escutcheons. The sides are paneled. This piece stands on a simply scrolled apron which is supported by massive cabriole legs. Circa date 1760. Dimensions 40high/ 53.5wide/ 26deep. The price quoted includes any necessary repairs or cleaning and the shipping from France to our store in Alabama.
