ABOUT OUR AUCTIONS: Hi everyone,thanks for taking a look at our items. We have had a little rest over the past few weeks, but we are back with some more fine quality and interesting treasures. Over the next couple weeks we will be auctioning off some very fine examples out of our private collection. So if you like what you see be sure to add me to your favorites list , t is more to come! If you haven't seen our auctions before it is nice to know we have Never Had a Reserve on one item ...Ever, no matter what it is!! We also start everything off nice and low always under 20.00 to give everyone a great chance at a nice treasure. Also if you see more than one item you like, we give great combined shipping deals, always at least 50% lower for the second item and even lower for more items. ITEM: Up for auction is a Very Fine c1920's French Art Deco 14k Solid Gold Inlaid and Silver Black Enamel Cigarette Case. The Case is part of a Large Collection of Fine Quality Estate items up for auction, as you can see in the last picture. The Case is one of the nicest Deco Period examples we have seen with its great Streamlined Designed 2-Tone 14k Rose, and Yellow Gold Inlay, and Jet Black Enamel. The Case also has a very nice Polished Black Ruby Push button. The Cases Hinge it also Spring loaded and opens nicely by itslef when the button is pushed. As you can see the Case also has a nice Gold Gilt interior that has a couple marks, but overall is in very fine condition. The Case has also never been monogrammed, which is a nice Rare find. The Case itself is also in Very Fine original condition with no cracks, dints, repairs, and absolutley no black enamel loss. The Gold is also inlaid into place and is Solid Gold not plated, and does test to be 14k. The inside if the Case also has period French Solid Silver Hallmarks as you can see. The Case is also a nice practical size for use measuring 4 1/8 inches long, by 3 3/8 inches wide, and around 1/4inch thick. The Case also holds Business and Credit Cards nicely. I have no idea what the Fine c1920 French Gold Silver and Enamel Cigarette Case would be worth. I do know it may be some time before you see another one quite like this, and in such nice original condition, with No Reserve! As usual we just start all our items off low, and will let you decide. Like a Real Auction should be!! The Fine 1920's French Art Deco 14k Gold Silver and Black Enamel Cigarette Case would make a great addition to any collection, and is also a nice investment piece.
