Fresh from a recent fun local estate sale I acquired a few fine objects of virtue, this being one. Up for auction, for your consideration, is this lovely French Art Deco Bronze figure with cut crystal pedestal base. Signed what seems to be "Masier". Extremely fine detailing went into this gorgeous bronze figure. The figure is of a female jester in full garb, in midst of her dance for royalty. This is quite the lovely piece of sculpture indeed. Her clothing has extremely fine detailing throughout. It truly is very lifelike. Probably the finest recast I have ever seen. It is very fine and made with the highest of quality. Heavy in weight and the glass pedestal base is clean. T are no noticeable cracks, chips, or damage that we were able to find. Measures a nice 11" tall overall. The figure measures 7.5" tall and her arms measure 6" from hand-to-hand. The base is 3.5" tall and just under 3" by just under 3" at the bottom. Would make a gorgeous accent to your fine decor or be a great addition to your collection of fine bronze figures. Good luck and good bidding to you...
