FRENCH ART DECOSIDE TABLE Leleu Made in the early 1920's in France this piece has distinctive column base motive which is a trademark of Leleu . Most likely it is one of a kind because such details were rarely mass produced . I saw picture of this model with variation attributed to Leleu ( early period). The detailing is indicative of a good provenance ,the mounting of the legs is something you do not find anymore in our cost saving era .The body is ebonized and was recently refinished , the top is Flamed French Walnut . Great size for an occasional table or hard to fill space. I offer several piece on Ebay at a great discount during the relocation of my retail store .I posted a reference from a French magazine of that time " Plaisir de France " Size H..26 1/2 x L.27 x W.17/4 .
