ABOUT OUR AUCTIONS: Hi everyone,thanks for taking a look at our items. Over the next couple weeks we will be auctioning off some very fine examples out of our private collection. If you haven't seen our auctions before it is nice to know we have Never Had a Reserve on one item ...Ever, no matter what it is!! We also start everything off nice and low always under 20.00 to give everyone a great chance at a nice treasure. Also if you see more than one item you like, we give great combined shipping deals, always at least 50% lower for the second item and even lower for more items. ITEM: Up for auction is a Fine c1920s Art Deco Sterling Silver Gold Gilt Blue Guilloche Enamel Box. The Box is part of a Large Collection of Silver and other Fine Quality Estate items up for auction, as you can see in the last picture. The Box is one of the nicest period examples we have seen. As you can see the top Blue Enamel also has a Great Machined design. The Case itslef also has a Rich Gold Gilt finish on the inside and out, and a nice wreath design surrounding the top. The Box also has a nice Streamlined Cut design all around the sides. The Box also opens and closes perfectly with a fine Strong Back hinge. The box couple use a cleaning but overall is in very fine original condition wit no cracks, chips, or repairs to the top enamel, and no other damage or repairs to the box. The Box is also a nice size for use and traveling with measuring 2 5/8 inches long, by 1 3/4 inches wide, and sittign 1 inch tall. The Box is a very nice size for carrying Pills, or Vitamins. The Both is also Hallmarked 925 Sterling Silver, and has another 2 very small hallmarks I cannot make out, but I believe they would be french being so small, and by the box design. I have no idea what the c1920s Art Deco Sterling Silver Blue Enamel Box would be worth. As usual we just start all our items off low, and will let you decide. Like a Real Auction should be!! The Fine c1920s Art Deco Sterling Silver Blue Guilloche Enamel Box would make a great addition to any collection, and is also a nice investment piece. BEST OF LUCK WITH THE AUCTION! ! We have always listed on Thursday nights, and end our auctions on Sundays. Sometimes we take a week or two off for a break, but still have many treasures coming up for auction.
