A VERY RARE AND SELDOMLY SEEN LARGE FLOOR LAMP FROM THE OPULENT ART DECO ERA This is a stunning deco era marble/alabaster torchiere style floor lamp. The column is comprised of gorgeous pink vein through black shaped or tapered cylinder shaped marble/alabaster pieces separated by lighter colored pink and cream colored five strand round pieces of marble/alabaster. It has a very substantial 3 tiered base that supports the column also made up of Marble/alabaster sitting atop 3 round legs. The shade is a new old stock antique style with blown out roses decoration that works very well and compliments the base and is in excellent condition. The lamp works as it should. . Local pickup only or I can deliver to the greater Houston and Dallas area for a modest mutually agreed upon shipping charge? Origin: France Age: early to mid 20th Century (1930's to 1950's) Condition: Very good vintage condition with color of Marble/alabaster still very vibrant and glossy. Shade in excellent condition and electrical components works just fine.
