You are bidding on a wonderful Vintage French Hammered Copper Double Boiler with Brass accents on the handles and finial on the lid. The ceramic insert is made by Apilco in France. The pot is marked Made in France. The copper pot measures 5" in height x 6 1/4" in diameter. The ceramic insert measures 4 3/4" in height x 6 1/2" in diameter. The 2 pieces together measures approx. 9" tall from the finial to the bottom x 12" from handle. This set is in very good condition for its age. You can either keep its natural patina or polish it, I will leave that up to you. What a great addition to your Copper Collection. Thank you for looking and good luck.
