In no way does this reflect what we have invested in these items . we have a rare French D'ore Bronze (gold gilt Bronze) Tall figural cherubs, sea serpents mantel clock by New Haven Clock Co. Circa 1855. I saw this same clock advertised in that year in an article. A rare early example fro the clock maker. They purchased the case from France, and it is amazingly in "Fantastic" condition with almost ALL of it's gold intact. This is rare to have such gold in this condition. Usualy worn by this time. Obviously they took great care of it. Bevelled glass face, with two cherubs holding up the clock with a sea serpent in between them. Just gorgeous. The bronze is simply gorgeous. I just found this at a local estate. A great piece standing 15" tall with a diameter of 7". The clock mechanism itself is not working and the hands are attached to the face with tape, so they dont get lost. I don't know clocks at all. Superb condition No repairs. The arm of one of the angels looks slightly split but not at the other end w it's attached. I consider this a masterpiece. No reserve! No reserve as always. We accept check or money order (preferred) and also take paypal. We ship Anyw in the world. We do not charge a handling fee with shipping. We are now listing shipping price, but please take into consideration these prices are "Without" insurance and we ask that you "WAIT" to pay for won items after the auction so we may add the necessary Insurance (required) into the invoice. Again! Do not pay for the item until we send you an invoice through ebay. These prices are also for East coast costs and West of the Rockies will require an additional charge. It's not us as the USPS has raised their rates 1/3. We ship Priority and pack very, very well. Insurance is included in all shipping prices. Our prices are very good. I know you will be happy. Please remember that all items are sold "as is" and sold that way, unless I make a mistake in the description. Please look at my "Sellers Other items page" for a look at all of our best items we are listing this month. Many of these are superb. We believe these are the best pieces and it should be an important decision. All sales are final, and are as is. We do our best to answer "All" questions asked of us.
